Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open IronZ, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, workouts, meals, race events, and plans. If you can't sign in to trigger the in-app flow, email us at ironzsupport@gmail.com and we'll delete the account within 30 days.

I can't sign in.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen — we'll email a reset link. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

The app is stuck or data looks wrong.

Most sync issues clear up by signing out and back in (Settings → Log Out). If that doesn't help, send us a screenshot and the approximate time the issue started so we can check logs.

Is my training data private?

Yes. Your workouts, meals, and profile are only visible to you. We never sell data and never use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Email us at ironzsupport@gmail.com. Include what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the device/iOS version if you know it.
