By creating an account or using IronZ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
IronZ is a fitness training and nutrition planning application. The App provides workout scheduling, training plan generation, nutrition tracking, and AI-powered coaching features. IronZ is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App.
You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App (workouts, meals, profile information). By using the App, you grant IronZ a license to store and process this data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled, stored, and shared.
The App includes AI-powered features including coaching and meal photo nutritional analysis. These features are powered by third-party AI services (Anthropic). AI responses are generated estimates and suggestions — not professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Nutritional estimates from meal photo analysis are approximate and should not be relied upon for medical dietary requirements. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant changes to your training or diet, especially if you have health conditions.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' data, (c) share your account credentials with others, or (d) use the App to harm or harass others.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly presented before purchase. Free tier users have access to core features with usage limits on AI features.
IronZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from following training plans, AI suggestions, nutritional estimates, or any other guidance provided by the App. Use all fitness and nutrition recommendations at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at ironzsupport@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
