By creating an account or using IronZ ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
IronZ is a fitness training and nutrition planning application. The App provides workout scheduling, training plan generation, nutrition tracking, and AI-powered coaching features. IronZ is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App.
You retain ownership of any data you enter into the App (workouts, meals, profile information). By using the App, you grant IronZ a license to store and process this data to provide the service.
The App includes AI-powered coaching features. AI responses are generated suggestions, not professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant changes to your training or diet, especially if you have health conditions.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems, (c) share your account with others, or (d) use the App to harm or harass others.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly presented before purchase. Free tier users have access to core features with usage limits on AI features.
IronZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from following training plans, AI suggestions, or nutrition guidance provided by the App. Use all fitness recommendations at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
